New to reformer or need a refresher? Our Intro class is the perfect place to start. We begin with a guided overview of the machine, then move through fundamental Pilates exercises at a slower pace to build confidence, strength, and body awareness. Ideal for beginners, those returning from injury, or anyone looking to ease into reformer in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

A welcoming space for mums to move, recover, and reconnect. This postnatal-friendly reformer class focuses on core strength, pelvic floor support, posture, and gentle full-body movement — all with your little one by your side. Babies are welcome as long as they’re not yet on the move, to keep little fingers safe around the machines.

Growing up in Ireland, I was immersed in Gaelic football, which led me to coaching younger girls—a role I loved. My early career was in retail leadership until 2019, when I moved to New Zealand on a working holiday visa. After visiting Queenstown, I was hooked on its beauty and lifestyle and haven’t left since! I first tried Pilates to rehab a few lingering injuries and was instantly hooked—it’s been a huge part of my life ever since.

I’m excited to create a welcoming space for our community to get strong, reach fitness goals, and just enjoy moving. And with our studio right on the marina, I get to spend every day taking in that unbeatable view!

I’m all about lake days! Paddleboarding, reformer, catching up with friends, and soaking up the sun by the water—weekends are for chilling out in Queenstown’s gorgeous outdoors.

Originally from Mildura, Australia, I’ve spent the last two years instructing and managing at FS8 Pilates, while also running my own business, Studio De Vin—a paint and sip studio I started in 2020! My love of movement began in dance, and I’m thrilled to bring it back into my daily life, this time helping others feel amazing through Pilates.

I’m so excited to meet everyone in this role and create a welcoming space for trying something new or returning to a familiar practice. I hope Hustle & Flow becomes a home away from home for both me and everyone who walks in the door.

Outside the studio you’ll find me outdoors, hiking, walking, or simply soaking up the sun. I’m also a big reader, always on the hunt for a great book recommendation!

There’s already so much love and passion around this studio, and joining the Pilates community has been one of the best decisions of my life. I can’t wait to share that love with others here at Hustle & Flow!

I grew up in Ireland with a passion for Gaelic football and spent ten years in dance, inspired by my wonderful granny, who’s always been a huge influence on me. While football eventually became my main focus, discovering Pilates brought back that love for movement and creativity I missed from my dancing days. I was drawn to the way Pilates combines the grace of dance with the strength of resistance training—it felt like coming home.

Outside of Pilates, I’m also a pharmacist, which has allowed me to combine my passion for health with helping people better understand well-being. It’s incredibly rewarding work that ties together my interests in fitness, health, and community care.

Weekends are for the outdoors! I love running, dipping in the lake, and hitting the gym with friends. A coffee (or sometimes a Guinness!) and a good boogie are also hard to pass up.

I'm thrilled to be part of the Hustle & Flow community and to share the joy of movement with others!

Originally from Sweden, I’ve been calling Queenstown home for the past seven years. Pilates became part of my life three years ago, and I quickly fell in love with the way it combines focus and challenge while bringing a sense of calm. It’s been my go-to for strength, peace, and confidence.

I’m excited to show everyone just how incredible Pilates is and how amazing, strong, and empowered you can feel after each class!

Outside of the studio I’m all about the outdoors, whether it’s running, hiking, or a good walk in nature. I also love diving into a good book (ask me for recommendations!) and baking traditional Swedish treats.

  • Hustle & Flow is the perfect fit for Queenstown’s active, community-driven lifestyle. Nestled in a stunning lakeside location with world-class views, the studio offers clients an inspiring backdrop as they blend hard work with mindfulness. Through life-changing reformer Pilates, Hustle & Flow empowers people to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness, enhancing both physical and mental well-being. What sets this studio apart is its personalised approach and sense of community - clients are welcomed, supported, and guided by a passionate team dedicated to helping them thrive on their unique fitness journeys.

  • Hustle & Flow is located at the Queenstown Marina in Frankton. As you come down the ramp towards the boats turn left and you will see sheds 14, 15 & 16. This is where you’ll find us.

  • Yes! A secure parking facility used by both Marina clients and the General Public is conveniently situated in close proximity to Hustle & Flow. Parking is $2 per hour.

    Please note; if you have purchased a membership, parking is included free of charge. Please talk to our studio manager to arrange this.

  • If you’re new to pilates, Hustle & Flow is a great place to start. We have introduction classes available to all beginners or those who have previously done reformer pilates but may need a refresh! These classes are all about learning the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates, from how to use the machine, to basic exercises and getting you comfortable. After just one class you’ll be ready to tackle all of the other classes we have available. And if you’re still getting the hang of things the team at Hustle & Flow will be happy to see your face again in the Introduction class and help get you up to speed!

    Please note; if you have purchased an introductory offer, it is not required to attend intro classes.

  • Our reformer pilates classes are 45 minutes long. Please arrive 5 minutes early to a regular class and 10 minutes early to an introductory class.

  • If you have been to the studio before, please arrive 5 minutes prior to class. If you are late, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.

    If you are booked into an Intro class or reformer pilates is new to you in general, please arrive 10  minutes prior to class so your trainer can familiarise you with the reformer, check in with any injuries and answer any questions you might have.

  • We have up to 8 people in each class. The perfect class size to ensure each client will receive individual modifications and enhancements to suit their needs and goals.

  • Wear your normal exercise gear, something you feel comfortable in and can move freely in. Socks are to be worn during the class for hygiene reasons. We recommend grippy socks so they do not feel slippery as you move on the reformer. These can be purchased in the studio prior to class if you wish. Please bring your own water bottle.

  • Our studio offers a ‘non contact’ booking system that allows you to easily book and cancel classes and purchase memberships.
    We use the MindBody booking system for all account management, purchases and bookings. It’s integrated into our website so you can purchase and book through here or if you prefer to use the app version, simply download our app and follow the prompts to purchase your class pack or membership and then book in.

  • This depends on what injury you have and stage of rehabilitation. We want you to seek medical advice and clearance before exercising with us. We want you to be able to make the most out of each session, so your trainer will need to be well-aware of any injuries prior to your booking so they can cater exercises appropriately.

  • Congratulations! If you’ve been cleared to exercise by your doctor, you can absolutely join our group classes. Our highly trained instructors will take great care of you. All classes can be easily modified to support you, we want you to trust your body and only do what feels right on the day.

    If you are pregnant and wanting to start your reformer journey we recommend booking into a 1:1 session first to get a full rundown of how the machines work and talk you through how the classes will run for you while pregnant.

  • Our class cancellation window is 12 hours. If you need to cancel class, please do so at least 12 hours before your class to give someone else the chance to take your spot. No shows and absences will forfeit the session. Fees may be charged.

  • We want you and your workout pals to get the most out of your workout and we want as little disruption to the class as possible, so we are strict about our late arrival policy. More than 5 minutes late for your class and you will lose your spot and may incur a late cancel charge and/or forfeit the session.

  • If the class you are wanting to attend is full it will say “Waitlist”, you can add yourself to the waitlist and cross your fingers. If you are added to the class, it will be at least 12 hours or more before the class is due to start to give you enough time to cancel if need be. You will receive an email to confirm you have been added. If you do not receive notification emails please let us know so we can tick the correct box on your account. If we have a cancellation within the 12 hour period you will receive a text message asking if you would like to join.

    Please treat the waitlist system like a booked class. If you can no longer attend the class please remove yourself from the waitlist.

  • Classes are not transferable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own classes or membership.

  • Yes! We offer 1:1 private sessions or 2:1. We also offer private classes specifically for groups. This could be a work/corporate outing or a hens party. Please contact our studio manager to arrange this at queenstown@hustleandflow.nz
